Full development consultancy on project including identifying opportunity, negotiating purchase of site, appointing design team and delivering commercially viable planning consent in conjunction with private developer. Full detailed design and specification input. Specific challenges – site adjacent to river cart. Extensive flooding issues to be overcome before and during the site works as flood prevention works were ongoing at the time of construction. Access to site restricted causing significant issues with services infrastructure.
