Full development consultancy on project including identifying opportunity, negotiating purchase of site, appointing design team and delivering commercially viable planning consent in conjunction with private developer. Full detailed design and specification input. Specific challenges – existing building has extensive asbestos requiring clean up. Proximity to River Cart limiting parking provision acceptable by SEPA therefore limited parking for development.
